Conversational marketing & welcome sequences we will work on optimization of personalized email & messenger marketing based upon the browser behavior of non-purchasing customers.
Cart recovery we will implement an optimization program across all abandoned carts based upon cart value and customer (new vs returning) to boost cart recovery.
Scale & Grow
Browse abandonment we will work on behavior based email automations that deliver subscribers with product-specific insight, scarcity and social-proofing based on product views to help motivate purchase.
Product reviews an extremely effective program to inspire happy customers to leave product reviews that give other customers great insight into product benefits. I will manage and optimize the review request program.
